Voice Vox ripoff-voice vox keeps trying to take 14.95 out of my bank account , i have never applied to there service, dont know they got account # Boulder City Nevada

my name is Dawn, voice vox has repedly keeps billing my bank account for 14.95, every 3 months, most the time they are denied for nsf, but it is becoming a gigantic headache.

I dont know how they got my account number, because i never gave it to them, i didnt even know what they where until i called the first time, i asked them to remove my account number from there computer and not to bother me again, but they said we dont have your account number just your bank branch, so i asked them to delete that from there computer they said they would but apparently never did.

i live on a very limited income and the overdraft fees this costs me, because they keep trying to auto withdrawl the money is hard to get back, every time they try to take money i have to fight to get the overdraft fees back.
