Voiceshot.com, Voiceshot ripoff, no refund policy, misleading advertisements, mischarging Bingham Farms Michigan

I opened a new account with $12,000 and after using only $3500 of the money that I prepaid with, I realized that this was not the product or services that were profitable, so I requested a partial refund and was told NO REFUND. There system connected calls but when the call was transferred, there was no one there, just silence.

I offered to pay the higher price per minute for what was used and wanted a refund for minutes that were never used. I was told by Dave C. that he was the top of the food chain, and he was sorry but again, NO REFUND.

I cannot believe a company will not refund money for an unused product that DOES NOT PERFORM to there estimates or projected expectations but this is the situation plain and simple. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY BUYER BEWARE
