Vollara poor customer service when i reported a leak bristol virginia
I bought a water filtration system from a local dealer two months ago and had it professionally installed by a plumber. I do not have a problem with the unit itself. I have a proble with the valve they sold me that was installed at the time of installation.
We have had 4 valves installed to date because each valve leeks. After callinf a customer service rep names richard he said that i am an isolated incident and after sending back the leaking valves there engineers claim there fine. They keep sending the same type valve and the local dealer has not been able to get any satisfaction as well. 4 valves 4 malfunctions.
The burden is on me and having to pay the plumber each time he comes back to replace the old one and taking off work to let him in to switch them out. I like the unit its the valve they are using that continues to fail after sometimes a couple days and sometimes a few weeks.
