Volusion.com has a long history of charging merchants a $65 monthly fee even after they cancel their services in all the correct ways (via email, phone, ticket). They have charged me a total of $191.01 since Nov 2014 even though I cancelled all of my services in Oct 2014. I am going to my bank today to dispute these charges and change my bank account number so they can no longer access my account. I will warn everyone to stay away from Volusion.com. Read all the BBB reports on them and do the research under the Texas BBB.org. Also file a complaint with ftc.gov/complaint to file a complaint against this company. They are getting away with taking money out of merchant accounts unknowingly.
