When we signed up for Vonage we had a promotional offer of $50.00 with Costco. Twice we called vonage to remind. Initially they told it will take 6- 10 weeks to process it. The customer person confirmed the Costco $50 gift card and after six month I called again and this is what I got from the customer service department."Our records indicate your account was not activated under this promotional offer. Additionally, at the time your account was opened, Vonage was not offering a $30 Best Buy promotion.". This is a scam. I plan to stop using vonage due to this.
