VONAGE FRAUD FRAUDFRAUD AND DECEPTIVE AND SWINDLING REPRESENTATIVES THIEVES! HOLMDEL New Jersey

in october of 2007 i called vonage to see what their service was like, the representatives were really really helpful at sign up time, duh! they said that we are glad to have you in the number 1 digital phone service and some other crap.

the best part of this complicated story is that the dillweed that i was talking to never ever told me that i needed a hi-speed connection in order to have the service. so my son was at home connecting the vonage device to our modem and it wouldn't work so then i called vonage once again and they told me that just read the instructions and follow the procedures so my son did. it still wasn't working.

i then called to cancel it because the service was not working and they told me that i needed to pay a CANCELLATION FEE, what kind of bullcrap is that? i told them that i couildn't pay the 39.99 cancellation fee so they "cancelled" the account, so i'm thinking that the problem is solved, until i went to the bank and asked for a statement and i found out that they had been taking out 28.99 out of my account since december because of the two free months, when i saw this it was APRIL! so i called and they told me that the account was not cancelled but de-activated and during this de-activation there were still withdrawing 28.99 from my account and i thought everything was fine because i never recieved a bill or anything and the email address they gabe me i order to recieve emails from them and to see my account but the yahoo email center told me that the yahoo email address never existed. i then called multiple times and i was transfered MULTIPLE times to some stupid people that couldn't even speak english, i guess they hire them so that you won't understand what the hell you're getting into.


every time i called they would transfer me and they would not show any effort to solve my problem, guess what? VONAGE doesn't give any type of refunds!!!!!!!!!!!! they had records showing that i never made a phone call and that i never used the service and still they wouldn't give a refund instead they wanted to shove "SPECIAL DEALS" up my butt but i was so furious that i just argued and then every one i talked to was very discourteous and total dillweeds.

they also said that they "scheduled" for a technician to come to my house and he never did, when i called and asked about the technician and they told me that the technician went to a address that wasn't mine, that address might as well been on the friggin moon, cuz it was all mixed up between mine and about 10 other addresses. they owe about 150 dollars and they refuse to
refund my money, this is already the 341st report against VONAGE we must do something to stop these swines and thieves because if we dont do something then more people will just fall for these dillweeds con business



if you are thinking about signing up with Vonage, DO NOT DO IT!!!!! it will be the biggest mistake of your life and you will regret it deeply! i have had problems with my spouse because of this, DO NOT SIGN UP FOR VONAGE, THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!!
