John Von Stach does business as VS Products, Inc in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario Canada, also VSP Florida LLC, in Clearwater Florida, also VSP North America in Grand Rapids, Michigan, also VS Products in Eveleth, Minnesota.
They try to sell you an invoice at a 20% discount with the prize being that the invoice will be paid in full in 90 days. The invoice is for solar panels and generators. In most cases they never ship the product and you won't know until it is too late.
If they ship the product they make a deal with the dealer that if they don't sell the product with within 90 day the dealer is not obligated to pay. VSP will pick up the product and ship them to another dealer.
Stay away from them. The odds are that you will lose your money.
