A very shady company. Company officers, and lower management promise pay raises that often never come in affect in order to keep employees from quiting. They hire family and friends offering them more rate of pay for doing the same job as employees who have several years invested in the company.

Most employees have to wait 90 days for health insurance benefits, but family and friends receive the benefits when hired. Safety is second nature. Company allows unsafe behavier by allowing unlicenced forklift operators, and crain operators to operate equipment putting all employees at risk. Personnel protective equipment is often overlooked.

Employees want to be treated fairly and equilly. They have been warned if they take any initiative to attract a union they could be forced to find employment elsewhere. Crane and Forklift Inspections are non existance. Several near misses occure daily, and brushed under the table. The Accident rate is high, but would be much higher if most accidents where reported. A fatility waiting to happen.
