*this place make it seem so easy to make mine during your four week of training, once your on the floor after you nesting period, the company controls the calls, so out of training, they make it seem that your making money, because you get all the ".com call, or high value calls" but the representative only makes $2 per sale. Now, once your a week or two on the floor, again the company controls the call, you make ko money, cause now you have a media mix to hit, that your not going to hit, have because your taking to many customer service calls, call you can't sale on, also"ghost calls" proof the company controls the calls if you've taken waay to many call, your supervisor sends a email to the headquarters and has your 136 number turned down to receive less calls, to add insult to injury, the company pays sales money, and spiff money on a black card, and I've worked with people who has been at Vxi for years, a still cannot tell anyone, when you money for your weekly sales are going to be on the card, when an employee ask about the black card money in the Cincinnati call center, on the corner of way cross and kemper they AIM you lol, to another manager, we were suppose to get a $250 sign on bonus when the classmates of the class who was suppose to get the bonus, they were told it was going to be on our checks, we got paid that week, no bonus we were told next pay period, next pay period still no sign on bonus, then we were told the bonus was going to be on the back, but the only money that was loaded on the black card was our sales money, someone needs to come close this place down for bate and switch of sign on bonus this place literally force you not to get off the phone with customers until you get the credit check, I've been on the phone with customers, and a supervisor tapped In on my call, after hearing the customer say he's closing on a home, still tried to force me to run the customer SSN, so the person would have a negative hard hit on his credit do he couldn't close on his home, after me refusing to continue to try to convince the customer to get there SSN, after the call my supervisor asked me to come to his desk to talk to me about not doing my Job , why should I have to scheme a customer into giving his SSN, after saying no several time, I was told thats my job really!!!! *
