W B Sign Studio George Kise Fraud, Did not deliver product which was paid for in full. Syracuse, New York

This company has over 26 complaints, up and down the east coast lodged against them. I wish I would have researched them prior to paying them.

I purchased a custom made sign at the Wildwood, NJ Dog Show in February 2012, I paid for the sign in full. I was informed that the sign would take 8-12 weeks for delivery. I paid for the sign by check.

I happened to come across WB sign studio on the internet several weeks after placing my order and to my surprise, I found numerous complaints like mine, that many people have placed orders and the company which is owned by husband and wife team never fulfilled their orders.

I immediately contacted the owner "George Kise" who assured me that the sign will be delivered as promised. Well it is twelve weeks and I have not received the sign, further I sent him an email over twenty days ago and no one has responded back.

I am a police officer, and feel foolish that I was exposed to this fraud. I have reached out to the Attorney General's office and I am planing to file fraud charges against them, I am also seeking to start a class action law suit on behalf of others that have been a victim of this company.

I strongly recommend anyone who is a victim to download a complaint form for the New York Attorney General's Office "Syracuse" http://www.oag.state.ny.us/consumer-frauds/contact. File the complaint so that we can stop this company from defrauding people. Thank you.
