W R Cade Paving Collateral Damage, New Castle, Pennsylvania

My neighbor had his driveway repaved, and the Cade trucks repeatedly used MY driveway to turn their trucks/equipment around, despite being told not to do it.  It left scuff marks in my driveway(just paved 2 yrs ago).  They also left a big mess in the street(tar, oil, grooves from the heavy equipment).

Despite being seen using my driveway, the job site forman not only refused to acknowledge that they had used my driveway, but also refused to give me his name, the name of the owner, or a phone number to call to complain.  He said that if I didn't like it, to call the police.  Unfortunately, I did have to bother the police with the matter, because of the complete lack of cooperation I received from the Cade forman. 

I also left 2 messages with the secretary of the owner, Rusty Cade.  She assured me that he would call right back, but I have yet to hear from him or anyone at Cade.  

I would not recommend Cade, unless you have a grudge against your neighbors, or don't care about the unsightly mess left in front of your home announcing that Cade did the job.
