Since Aug of 2008 I have requested my due date to change to the 19th of the month which is my right by written contract. They added late charges although I paid on time in excess of $800 and reporting my late to credit bureau. This organization called so many times at work that my immediate supervisor warned me my job was in jeapordy; although i asked to discuss and call me at home, they refused and harrassed my elderly mother at home and continued calling me at work refusing to acknowledge the change to due date and faxes that I had sent. Mike Mitchell claimed to be the manager but will not admitt he is wrong or resolve this account with me - This organization is a fraud!

The fair debt collection act allows you to send a letter to stop them from calling you. Send an order to cease calling to 200 Goldman oak court Suite 450 Virgina Beach,VA Also repeatedly tell them they are violating the law by calling. They chose to call my landlord. I fee for you, they really do suck, and they couldn't be any worse on the phone, these are people that make you wish you could reach through the phone line and smack them cross the face.
