It's becoming more and more obvious that the more research I do, this merchant is increasingly dishonest. This is, by far, the worst online ordering experience that I've ever had to deal with. Michael Warfel owns Waffle Collectibles, L.L.C. and he doesn't appreciate nor values his customers whatsoever. He sees them as dollar signs! I've just discovered that five of my eight items weren't even listed on his inventory order page today as they were a couple of weeks ago. I really believe that Mr. Warfel knew that these items were totally discontinued and sold out but yet his order page listed them as available for shipping in two or three weeks. Only three of my eight items that I paid for out of my paypal account are still listed. It doesn't appear that I'll ever receive my other five items. I didn't find out until I read their FAQ that some of these items can take as long as six months or more to be shipped out. He should have addressed that possibility on his order page. Then this man has the audacity to charge his customers a 50% cancellation fee which also isn't addressed when we first make our orders, which is insane!
Mr. Warfel is straight up stealing from consumers every chance he gets. I can tell that he is an extremely rude, dishonest, arrogant young man is out to make a fast buck by the way he words his words on his FAQ page! If I don't see where my order has shipped to me within the next seven days, I'm going to file a formal complaint against this merchant to the Federal Trade Commission some kind of way. Hopefully, they can force this guy to get with it or shut it down. If there's anyone else out there that's been ripped off by Waffle Collectibles L. L. C., please address it because it's just not right for him to keep taking advantage of the consumers like this. If there's anybody out there that wants to do business online with them, please don't because you'll absolutely regret it like I do.
