I have written to the company with these complaints. It is so hard to be treated so disrespectful by management. I have not even gotten a reply from the home office in reference to my complaints.

It is frightening to know that someone can give me a bad reference because they are management. If someone would just investigate this situation I am almost certain business would be better. There are hardly any customers to come in the once thriving store, their complaint is MANAGEMENT. People that have been working at this store for years are no longer employeed here. The schedule changes daily so it is impossible to make plans because nothing is consistent the schedule, register totals, high food costs, management placing large to go orders to take home to feed their families. It seems to me like the rules don't apply to everyone.

I have always been a company person and I feel as if the rules apply from the top level to the bottom level. Just because someone is in a management position does not mean they are above the others and it should be most important to them to set an example. Are rolemodels a thing of the past.

I have worked for waffle house for over 6 years until recently when I was let go. I was accused of not ringing up credit cards into register. I have never and would never do such a thing. When asked what the video showed i was informed they did not check the video footage. Then how can you say i did that? But we have division managers coming to work drunk,employees high on pills,employees not writing tickets and pocketing the money,grill ops eating major meats like t-bones and managers sleeping with employees. I was shocked by the level of crap that waffle house allows to go on. They will fire a dedicated employee after years of service and no write ups. But keep drug addicts and thiefs. WOW that makes sense!

I worked for Waffle House for five years. They treat their employees like dirt.

Sometimes the manager or district manager would block out time you had worked so you didn't get paid for all your time. Or if you were cooking, they would change it to server so you get paid only couple dollars an hour.

Then they let the people who steal and don't do their work get away with anything. They get rid of the good employees.

You never know your schedule from one day to the next. This is because it is hard to get good employees when you won't pay them. A cook can start out with no experience make more money than a cook at waffle house who has been there for several years.

This means Waffle House has to hire the people no one else wants.

They do get some good people, but the good ones rarely stay. So they have a handful of good people and a bunch of bad ones.

It is not a good place to work if you are a good employee.
