Wage Works Inc COBRA rip off stole my premium Chicago, Illinois

I paid my wife's January COBRA health premium in December. She is disabled with dementia and will get medicare next summer. I was not told that Wage Works INC was the new benefit carrier. I was informed on Saturday 1/7/12 that the insurance was canceled for non payment.

On Monday 1/9/12, I called Wage Works about the problem. They said they would investigate. I talked with them every other day since then. The always report it is pending. I was finally told the the insurance options form needed to be filled out on 1/20/12. They said they were sending the packet. I never received it.

I called on 1/26/12 to find out about my packet. I was told it was Pending. This is what they always say. For the 1st time, they said they had sent out the packet on 12/23/11. This was news to me. I never got it, and this was the 1st they mentioned it. They have my premium payment, according to my last benefit carrier and now are saying I need to send another premium payment for 1/12 and 2/12. 

They apparently do not care about their customers, and every inquiry is met with a false promise or the message that the situation is "pending". Talking with supervisors does not work. They just parrot the "pending" message. My wife worked and  paid for insurance for her company for 25 years, before disability, now her insurance is cancelled for a stolen premium. This is gross incompetence and/or criminal.
