 Avi Waknine is nothing but a lier, rude, mean, uncaring individual, on top of that he is disrespectful on the phone and in person. Barbarity and acrimony are just a few words to explain this individual and his organation. 

.  Me and my family rented a 3 bedroom apartment from him not long ago only to be ignored ridiculed and treated with nothing but unproffesionalism. As my family dug deeper, made calls, investigated more into his "financial investment" business we realized we were scammed into paying "broker fees" for our apartments when he never was or indeed is not a legal broker whatsover. We and many other innocent people have been robbed and stolen from and charged by his enormouse "broker fees" for YEARS.

Investors have also been coming into the light after our investigation and talking about how much theyve been paying Waksard Capital LLC to purchase properties in parts of the world including Philly, New York, and Los Angeles to name a few.  Many have been wiring over hundreds of thousands of dollars only to see NOTHING come from their investments for nearly 3 years now.

Everytime we try making contact with Avi Waknine A.K.A Raphael Waknine we end up getting hung up on or denied to with a cold shoulder for a minute of his time for an explanation.

Who knows how many more people are being scammed from his phony behavior and phony company. He puts this PHONY 5th avenue address which with due diligance and immediate research, have come into the light of not even being a real office! Nothing but cubicles to name a company after.

What kind of behavior is this if not to just collect as much funds form people and never return. Their will be an active investigation. We will be going to the FBI, NYPD, and every available task force to notify them of this behavior. All of you interested in putting in your stories and evidence please call your neighborhood police department and file a complaint immediatly with all authorities.
