I purchased this money card a little over four months ago. I should of know it was trouble when customer service reps could barely speak English and helping me get my card physically to my address. Then, it arrived! I use it for back up emergencies, only loading a couple hundred dollars at a time, and using the card for transactions between 10_ 50 at a time. On the latest transactions I knew I only had a limited amount, so I was making 10 and 20 transactions, so when I was about to make my last 20 dollar transaction at the local grocery store and was declined on a 6.50,

I quickly checked into it, only to receive minimal help from customer service, who I could barely understand, and then come to find out I would have to become an investigator, starting with a name of a business where the last transaction was made, in Michigan, I reside in Illinois! Yes, it coul ld have been done, but not by me! Wow, I am totally upset, not to mention flat broke, yes it waw only 20 dollars, but the last 20 dollarw until my next paycheck! I found this site, and thought I'll start here!
