I brought the wal-mart money card (offered by green dot financial a division of G.E. bank) to manage online bill payments with out putting to much personal info online. I was told of all the new features and possibilities the card holds. I could also put my tax return on this card for ease of use up to $10,000. And if did so for more than $1,000 fees would be waived for one month.

Well i did so but when I, called to check on when Would my deposit show and, to confirm the amount with the csr sherrie, I was told my return would be rejectet, because it exceded $7,500, that was $2,500 dollars less then what I was told before. after I calmly explained that on jan. 20, 2009 I was told ten thousand dollars and not seventy five hundred dollars the csr named sherrie told me that she can see that, printed in the notes, and she would waive the $2.00 fee she was charging me, to tell me that she was rejecting my deposit. I then informed her i would not accept that, and could I speak to a supervisor she told me I dont need a supervisor she would help me. I then told her I understand her power is more restricked than a supervisor so could I please speak to a supervisor,

I was put on hold for about 10 min. and recieced her co-worker sherrie possing as a supervisor, when I ask if she was a true supervisor she tried to avoid the question, but when I ask the same clear question she abruptly ended the call. so, I called back and "low and behold" I got sherrie back. when I identified myself she ended the call again, so i called back once again and got in touch with a more profesional person who put me in touch with a real supervisor who offered no real solutions to the problem.

I will be contacting the department of banking and finance, Walmart corp offices and G.E. bank to make sure they know what kind of company they are linking there self with. If any one else is having a problem with this company Green dot financial i,e Walmart money card I adviced you to do the same
