I took my car in to Wal-Mart Store #2571 to the Lube Express for oil change on May 26th, 2012 Once I came to pick up my car and took it for a drive I noticed something wasn't right. I thought nothing of it and drove around town and than back to my house. The next following day my car was shutting down as I took it across the street to put gas in it. I Drove it back home and it kept on shutting down.

Once I got it back home I had my friend Marcus Brown to pop the hood for me. What we discovered that Walmart left the engine oil plug off. I took pics and videos of what it looked like under the hood. We went to walmart and showed them and the manager had the nerves to say she know her mechanics put the oil plug back on. But when we requested to see the video she would not show us the video.

I have every rights to see the video without an warrant! She kept on saying sorry cannot show it. I know they lying and covering their tracks they did something wrong. I just had a baby and how they do me and my kids like that. My car is my family. I have no family here to help me. And so she was like we will send the report to the claims department and go from there and maybe they will take the responsibility and fix it. But they had me take it to the shop and as soon as they discovered it needed a new engine.

They bailed out and put fault on me by saying my car had a leak. There was no information of my car having a really bad leak. The oil plug was off so oil has had to splatter every where under my hood and they claimed no it was leaking underneath my car. That's some lies. When my car was sitting outside after oil change there was NO leak or puddle of oil coming from underneath my car. They just don't want to pay. They need to be held responsibility, I feel they took advantage of me cuz I am a woman, that's how they do.

They think women are stupid. I am hurting cuz I need a car and I don't have the money to take them to small claim court at this moment. I am struggling all because of them. I was given that car as a gift for medical use now I have nothing and no one, thanks to them losers. I am never going to give up until I get what I came in for a new car! Since they messed up mines and robbed me of mines.

You Define "Ghetto" and "Stupid"

AUTHOR: SUCKA! - (USA)

POSTED: Sunday, December 16, 2012

You say you don't respond to "ignorant" people, yet you responded to me, so you obviously must not think I'm ignorant!

You say, "Im not stopping till I get what I came in for...a new car".  That's called "bribery" and it's illegal.  By the way, did you get your new car yet?  Since they, in your opinion, took all of your friends and family away and everything else you did or did not own, do they owe you a new house?  A new family?  A new life?

Calling the police would have warranted view of those videos.  You seem like you were afraid to involve the police for some reason or another?

Take control of your own life.  You will only be ripped off if you allow yourself to be.

Ignorant can be educated.
Crazy can be medicated.
There's no cure for Stupid.

Why didn't you call the police?

AUTHOR: SUCKA! - (USA)

POSTED: Sunday, December 16, 2012

1.  Walmart is one of the worst places you can go for an oil change...ever...no matter which town or state.

2.  Why didn't you call the Police or Sherriff's Dept after making your discovery?  No business in their right mind would ever show some random person demanding video survellience of their facility for any reason.  I know I sure as hell wouldn't.  Bring the police dept into it, then of course I will!  But, NO, you DO NOT have the right to see the video without a warrant.

3.  The manager was a female, yet you are saying you were targeted and taken advantage of because you are a female?  Get over yourself.  This had nothing to do with the fact that you are a female.  This had everything to do with the fact that you were a CONSUMER making a COMPLAINT about an engine they did or did not damage.  I wouldn't doubt that they did forget to put the cap back on; however, they are not just going to up and admit such a costly repair to you...regardless of your gender.

4.  NO, I do not work for this company...nor would I ever.

5.  Wal-mart did not take your family away from you, so do not blame them for your struggle or lack of family.
