I ordered Walk Fit Platinum (WFP) shoe inserts. The inserts are so high (tall) that my shoes wouldn't fit with the inserts in them. WFP sent some kind of pills with my order and luckily I didn't throw them away, which is what I wanted to do.

The next month, I received two bottles of these pills (vitamins) from WFP and they bumped my credit card for $44.85. When I called to tell them I didn't order any vitamins, I was told there was a piece of paper in my shoe insert order that I should have sent back saying I didn't want any vitamins. My failure to tell them I didn't want something I didn't order would result in them shipping me the pills I didn't want or order on a monthly basis.

I called WFP's customer service and told the guy I was going to return the pills and I wanted my money back and I was told I couldn't return the pills, but he would give me a $9.00 discount. I told him he could give me the total 44.85 credit on my card or I would dispute the charge; either way I was getting a credit. He decided I could return the pills at my own expense. He also told me I had to have a tracking number and he gave me a return number by phone. We'll see if I get a refund. I haven't yet returned the pills.

I think that selling a product by sending a paper with someone's order that says, "if you don't check this box and return this paper we're going to sell you something you don't want," is a sneaky and underhanded way to make a living. Don't order anything to do with these inserts...unless you want to be unwillingly put on the pill.
