i referred a client of friend to him to him and he promised me that he would pay me a referral fee. Now that the deal is scheduled to close he told me he is not paying me becasue he did not like the biz practices of the intermediary who refered the deal to me . Without me he never would have had this deal and made his six fiqure fee and he is using this as a reason to justify not paying as he promised .

Do not send him biz or do biz with him as his work means nothing . He is a fraud
