FBI Charge case due to fraud/scam on wall street venture capital(wsvc)

I was introduced Joseph McAndrew by Mr Jim Flynn for the purpose of raising 10mil USD loan in the year of 2014 and Joseph McAndrew did nothing after receiving 40,000usd as upfront fee from me. Even he insisted he spent more than 40,000usd and he cannot refund due to my fault. I made a charge to FBI to investigate it. The company who had been disputed with [Wall Street Venture Capital] advise to contact taj2848@gmail.com to work together.
