walmart family mobile also doing business through t-mobile i was told i would have coverage .got no coverage cant get them to unlock phone to switch plans albequrque Arizona

im broke my cell phone and went to replace it. walmart employee told me hey switch to walmart family plan. i said well i travel to massachusetts all the time . he said oh let me check. sure its on the map you will have service and you will save money switching from straight talk. so sure enough i switched. 3 weeks later i got to mass and not one bar . nothing. i called from a friends phone. they said stand outside. they said go to walmaert for a new sim card. i got a ride to walmart 45 mintues away and they said huh? we dont do that. we dont know what your talking about. i said heck with it . sell me the straight talk package im done with this. this is after a few calls and walmart being as dumb as a box of rocks. i get home and it was going smooothly transferring and the walmart family mobile oked my info to be swithced and 2 days later they locked my phone. i called and called and they keep telling me my phone is useless . i cant use it unless i buy a new sim card from them for $25.00 !!! no way. what good is that? it doesnt work here bozos...im so mad i could scream. now i dont know what to do with this stupid phone they locked on me.
