I purchased a Galaxy 2S phone during a $100.00 rebate promotion last November.  After noticing the rebate  (that was supposed to be applied in $20.00 increments) was not being applied to my account, I called to ask why.  I was reassured by the representative that it was supposed to have been applied, and would be credited to my account.  They said they did not understand why it hadn't already. The next month came and again I called cutomer service and was informed this time that it would be credited immediately to my account, with the understanding that I would not have a bill in June (because my bill was only @71.00) and July would have to make only a partial payment.  I followed those instructions only to realize they did not do as they promised again!  June and July I called to complain that I kept receiving text messages and annoying calls informing me that I owe my bill PLUS the hundred dollars.  Then my service was interrupted.  They reinstated my service both times and apololgized claiming to escalate this matter AGAIN. Well here it is August and my service has been suspended.  They are now claiming that though I  purchased a Galaxy 2S phone from them it was not a "Family Mobile Phone". I have the receipt that states otherwise. Then they said the promotion started DECEMBER 6 - February 6!!! But the rep showed me the email stating it was from November 6th through January 6th instead.  Which one is it?!  After I got my phone I referred several friends and my fiance'.  My fiance' got a Galaxy 2S also.....during the same time frame (December-January).... where is his rebate?????  I feel this was a scam to get people to sign up with them!!!!!  I would not advise anyone to deal with this shady company!!!!! You are better off doing business elsewhere. They do not appreciate nor respect their customers.  OH!!! Also, when you try to speak with a manager/supervisor they refer you to someone via email.  They cannot provide you with anyone who is able to assist you with the situation at that moment.  WOW, great customer service. SMH
