So I got a smart phone from Wal-mart Family Mobile, and they told me that since I was purchasing that I would get $100 off my bill, $20 off for four months. I am going on 6 months with this sh*tty service company and still have not received ANY money off my bill. When I call I get the same story every time. "The credit department is having issues you will start receiving it next month"...really?! Also my bill is only supposed to be $45 a month, but I end up paying $64.01. I have complained several times, one time a manager got VERY rude with me and told me if I didn't like the service to stop b*tching and go to another company and hung up on me! Is that really how you treat a PAYING CUSTOMER???

First off. the holiday promotion didnt start until 11/16, through 1/6 so im not sure how you have been waiting 6 months for a credit . Also not sure how 4 months of a 20 bill credit equals 100 dollars. The phone has to be used on theaccount for up to 60 days before the credit is applied. Fm is a postpsid service so you also have to keep in mind the bill thats due is always for the month prior...as far as your bill sounds like you have speed boost. Or maybe a 5 restore fee or payment processing fee., and of course your taxes charged by your state and county. You are stating the service is so bad,but you have been a customer for 6 months and havent discontinued using services. .if you couldnt afford a smartphone and it made you broke. Then maybe you shouldnt have bought one....just saying
