WALMART llc Walmart.com Did not recovery product 4400 Moblile hwy Internet

 On November 26 I went online to walmart.com to purchase video games for my boys for chritmas my order said delivery on December 2 2015 when the 2 of December came I didn't recovery my package I talk to 5 different customers reps . before a supervisor came to the phone and reorder my order on the 7th and ensure me I would be able to pickup in store the same day. Only to find out that was a lie .on December 9 I called and was told my order will be arriving at the store 4400 mobile hwy on the 10 of December. when arrive at the store for pickup I was told it has not arrived. And for me to call back and the customer rep tolf me it's there. And I went back to the and it was not theee to make this very long story short finally on December 21 I was told that it was nothing they could do other then give me a refund and a 60 gift card and that the items I purchased or now out of stock . Well I went to the store with the gift card and was unable to. Purchase both boys a game because the games cost 59.99 plus tax and I had no other money. I'm a disable mother livin on Ssa and only recieve my check on the 3 of eavh month so on chritmas my boys had no new games not because of me but because of walmart and just today I received my refund and the games or still out of stock but this is a leason learn walmart does not care about their customers nor their children. And I look like I just didn't care about christmas for my boys thanks Walmart for nothing
