I purchased a walmart money card for $3 and put $500 on it, I went online to register the card as the lady at walmart told me to, when I finished typing in all of my information it sent me to a refund page and asked if the address below was the correct mailing address.  I never requested a refund so I kept it on the page (never pushed ok for the check to be sent) and called the number on the card, they told me that there was nothing they could do, that I would HAVE to wait 10 buisness days to recieve my check in the mail.  They would not tell me why my information was declined, they could not let me fix the supposibly wrong information, all i supposibly can do is wait the 10 days.  I called multiple times, not understanding why i just spent $500 to wait and have it sent as a check in the mail in 10days.  All of the so called "specialists" were very hard to understand, I even heard kids in the background one of the times I called, and everyone i got ahold of names started with a J. Hmmm...
I needed this money the next night, i have no desire of waiting 10days for something i bought an hour ago, eventually one of the people from the company said that i could get it fedex'd to me,  and this would cost me $20.  $20!! For a piece of paper.  Not only did i have to pay $3 to get the card, now if i want my money in 3-4days instead of 10days i would have to pay $20 out of my pocket.  I argued to multiple people how I should not have to pay for the FedEx since this was the companies fault,  I was told i was wrong, that I am the one who had messed up on either my name, address, birthday or SSN,   I know all of the information i entered was correct, and no one from the company could tell me what it was exectly that i did wrong.  This whole time they told me that the check was already being sent and there was nothing they could do.  But as soon as I told them I wanted my check refund FedEx'd but i had no other credit card to pay with they quickly got into the account they said was inaccessible nd got the $20 out of it.  
Everytime I called I was told there is nothing that can be done, that this was my fault and one of the people I spoke to even told me I was never allowed to use their company again- Like I would even want to!
I asked to file a complaint and was rudly told to call back tomorrow. 
I am still not sure where my money is and any time i call now it doesn't even give me an option to talk to a person, it just tells me that my refund check has been sent and if i dont recieve it in 10days to try again then and then the phone hangs up.  This company is a scam!
