Walmart Money Services Walmart Money Card, Green Dot Fraudulent Charges are not being reversed, stole over 55.00 of our money!! Internet 

This morning like every other one, we got up and checked our bank statement to see how much we had in there and being that my husband just got fired, it isn't much but every dime counts. We knew that we should have had atleast 60.00 in our account but what I found shocked me.

Someone had stolen our information and charged 55.00 and some change to a Strawberrynet.com website. I have NEVER and neither has my husband bought anything from this crack pot website. We immediately called Walmart Money card to get this reversed. It states in their agreement that they are supposed to credit you the money back into your account to use until their investigation is complete.

They are stating because the charges are in pending status that they are unable to do this, however they have done it for us before when another company charged us the wrong amount for an item. They said that in 10 days when the charges go to Posted status, they will be able to reverse the charges but it will still be another 3-4 business days for that to clear through.

This is not good enough for me. I did not make these charges. They have raped us of what we had left in our account right here before the holidays. We are in the process of trying to figure out what we are going to do especially since he just got fired and now we have to deal with this mess? Why can't Walmart Money Services abide by their agreement? You have to agree to this lengthy mess of words before you can even buy one single thing.

I read over it today in length to make sure that I had some ground to stand on, my money is supposed to be insured but apparently they are going to sit on their thumbs 10 days and I am supposed to suffer?

I was robbed from, and I have to suffer for it? How in the world in the day and age that we live in can a company get away with stealing my money and then I have to wait to get it back 10 days and then who knows how long it will be after it goes to Posted before I will actually see it credit into my account?

The SECOND that it goes into my account, I will be withdrawing it and shutting this card off. I will NEVER use this POS card again. We were using it for online billing to be able to keep track of our purchases better but this it for me. I should have listened to my mother and gotten a regular bank account as I know a regular bank would not have let this fly.

You should abide by your agreement or remove the d**n thing from the website. This is a sorry excuse of a company. We are flat broke now thanks to you. Atleast reverse the charges and credit my account back until the investigation is over like you said that you are supposed to do. I signed that agreement and you are in breech of it.

Walmart is a billion dollar if not trillion dollar company and they screw people each and every day. This is just another way to get money from the poor folk in the world. I hope that you can sleep at night knowing that we are completely broke and if I hadn't begged the water company as well, would have been without water.

I am through with Walmart until they fix this quickly.
