Walmart T Mobile cell phone service fraud, scam, misleading Henrietta, New York

I was looking for a no contract phone and when I asked how do I stop service to cancel, I was told to stop using the phone and make the last payment since the payment is due month to month.  I made sure to stop using the phone on April 15, 2012 even though I paid for the whole month of April.  I have not used the phone since and figured I was ok with my bill.  Not a chance, I was just sent a bill for $106.66 and was threatened by the letter saying it would go to collections.  This is the first that I heard I owed this amount.  They are billing me for May and June even though I did not use the phone. When I called the number that they list on the mail they sent me, you can't get a real person.  You have to call a different number and even then they can't help you and route you to an email address to dispute your claim.  They won't even let you talk to a real person to dispute your claim!  You need to call and cancel your phone which I don't understand since it's not a contract.  How can it be a no contract if you have to call and cancel???  That is so misleading coupled with the fact that they have their customer service people at the store purposedly mislead you into misguiding you on your steps to "cancel" the service.  This is a contract.  Do not be mislead by the no contract title.  They charge you for up to 2 months afterwards even when  you don't use your phone!!!  This is a scam.  Do not believe them.  Go with (((REDACTED))) Bxxxx mobile or go with a pre-paid straight talk phone card or go with Txxxxxe.(((REDACTED)))   I hate Walmart T Mobile. They can go to hell.  This is B.S.  charging me for 2 months that I didn't even use the phone.  They are so misleading, they are pathetic corporate pigs stealing from the poor.
