Walmart/Warenty product assist? yes hours of wasted time! Plainwell, Michigan

As easy as 123 my BUTT! I have have spent hours on the phone, 4 trips to walmart at $15 a trip and unbelievable lies from them and STRESS! 3-5 business days? WRONG its been a month and I am still getting the run around! i have been sitting on hold yet again for the 9th time this time its been almost an hour like the last 4! I have had it! I DONT reccomend an insurance on a purchase not from "walmart"! I am beyond ANGRY! Its Christmas! This refund was suppose to take place on the 28th of November, I spent some of my mort. payment to cover costs and made them fully aware that I did so, I just got an answer after waiting 1 hr. same rep. he tried to lie to me yet AGAIN!! His name is Greg, I told him when he had to admit he was the one who took my call several times: I am so upset and I am writing on here and the BBB and calling my att. He then admitted "Noone ever tried to ASSIST or follow up" DONT USE THIS CO!!!! You will be SORRY! They now have my product receipt and warranty info via UPS & I am sitting here beside myself!
