If you go to your local walmart and apply for a job get an interview after being there for 1 hour now speaking to the dept manger asst manger the being told to have a sait in layaway the ask to fill out a paper then 20 min later being told sorry we can not hire you. And you been try for 5 years to work for walmart reason rick the dept manger told me for that was that i had wrote a bad check to walmart but made it good not to many dishonest people would do that I told him that that was unlawful for the reason not to hire someone i am a store manger for BP. So my advice to any one is you have to be on drugs to work for the cambridge walmart the people are so plain do not smile say hi bey for kiss my *** they are so nasty whos in charge of this company they need to take control it out of hand you pay them and they do not care about anything.

Or maybe you just have to have a grasp on the basics of the english language and not have a history of writing bad checks to a store you've been trying to work at for FIVE YEARS?!
If you really are a manager at BP (someone should comment on what you have to "be on" to qualify to work there), then you have a better job than what you're trying to get at Wal-Mart. So you should be thanking them for being smarter than you are. They just saved you a lot of grief.
