Walmart Customer Service Issues Columbia South Carolina

My wife and I were regular shoppers at this particular Walmart since it's very close to our home, plus they have the best prices around. We have had enough of the unsatisfactory customer service we get when we go there. I myself, believe this is a racial issue (we are Caucasian). 80% of the people who shop here are African American. 90% of the people who work there are African American. We have been to this Walmart at least 50 times since it opened and I can't count on 1 hand where someone has greeted us. A few times i've walked in and stood near the greeter (this is after she saw me and ignored me) and watched someone else walk in (who by the way was African American) and they greeted them. The ONLY time I get greeted is when a Caucasian person is the greeter and they greet EVERYONE!!! It's not only the greeter. I was standing waiting in line at the deli and when I was finally got a hold of someone, the lady said in these exact words, "what do you need"!!! How disrespectful. The next person in line was African American, and the lady said "How are you today, can I help you with anything"!!! What kind of world is this??? It's like I owe them something and they treat me like crap! It's also when we're checking out, we dont even get a how are you, or did you find everything you needed today? NOTHING. Everytime we look on the board to see who the manager is to complain about it, they are African American. I've tried complaining before to the manager on duty, who herself was African American, they didn't do anything to help the situation. All they said was, "i'm sorry". No, I'll deal with this, who was it, NOTHING!!! I'm sick of this place. Reverse racism is a big issue!!
