Just ignore these morons who insult you all they have ever done Is verbal abuse people mentally on this site.  They don't care about their situation, they have personally insulted me about me spelling.

But I don't let what they say "GET ME DOWN" or "RUIN" my life,  this Is why I am so "HATED".  They are nothing but punk bullies scum.  I don't give a s**t what they say to me,  I can't let them or anyone else take my life "AWAY" Its not theirs to ruin.

These people are scum of the earth the most sorriest people.  Don't let what they say get you down.  Keep on moving don't let what they say rule your life.  They have been getting away with doing this to people on this site far to long!!!!.

If, and its seams he does have  a drinking issue , he was drinking on the job that should
have been reason to let him go .

 Don't most large company's have a substance abuse programs for there employees. Was he offered any help with this before he was let go? might be a good question.  

 lets not bash him because he does not know how to spell. I have a learning disability that makes my spelling horrible. But that does not mean people who cant spell very good cant learn or are not intelligent . 

we could help him . by letting him know about this wonderful thing called spell check.

 

The best thing you can do is to go to school and learn the English language.  Your report is filled with so many misspellings and grammatical errors as to be virtually unrreadable.  It's no wonder you can't hold a job.  You can't even read and write.  And, yes, the numbers state that you are indeed a liar.

    Your story does not match the numbers.   BAC numbers like that don't just happen spontaneously.   The rate at which the numbers dropped is an excellent indicator that you were metabolizing alcohol that had been consumed recently.    I know it, your employer knew it, and you know it.

If you were running a business...how would you feel if an employee showed up wearing a shirt that implied drinking beer all day and night is a good thing?

I would have sent you right out the door and told you not to come back until dressed accordingly. Then, I would have my eye on you until either you shaped up, or shipped out.

for one where do you get off calling me a liar...the nurse proved i hadnt drank that morning...for 2 i was fired 2 mounths after the shirt incident...

   Are you the only one involved in this that doesn't know you had a few beers before work?   A .034 followed by a .026 is a pretty clear indication that you were in fact drinking that morning.   I'm surprised they didn't can you on the spot for lying about it.

First it took them to tell you that wearing a shirt that says "Beer it's not just for breakfast anymore" was not appropriate.  That definatly put you "on their radar".

Then later on you come to work and they smell beer on your breath.  It was bad enough to where they wanted to have you tested.  By the time you got tested your BAC was still 0.034.  Since on average the body can metabolize alcohol at the rate of about 1 beer an hour, unless because of your phyical build you are a lot slower it would be almost impossible to only have had 2 beers the night before and still show up that high.  On top of this just 15 minutes later you were down to a 0.026 or a drop of 0.008.  At that rate you would have been down to almost zero within an hour.

Yes you were not legally drunk.  But it appears, in my total non-medical opinion, that either you lied about the "two beers the night before" or "not having anything that morning".  It does not change the fact that by the time you got tested you had alcohol in your system.  I am sure that their Insurance frowns on having someone working in TLE(Tire Lube Express???) having any alcohol in their system.  But then again this may explain some of the complaints people have about that department.   Perhaps you would still have a job if you were honest with them.  

By the way ask most Peace Officers and they will tell you that the most common answer to "Have you been drinking" is "Yes, but only two beers".  Of course once the test results come in they have to wonder if these 2 beers were served in a glass the size of a fishbowl.
