I purchased a Walmart money card at a Walmart Store in Port Saint Lucie, Florida.

It works as a debit card and it is supposed to be reloadable at a fee of $3  and a $3 monthly fee.

I paid for auto parts at a Nappa Auto Parts in Port Saint Lucie for $445.98. When the parts arrived about 3 days afterwords, it was incorrect. They apologized to me and asked if I needed a refund since they would have to reorder again.

I accepted a refund and gave them one of my debit card as a means by which to return the refund.
It happened to be the Walmart Money Card. Unbeknown to me, this would be the beginning of hell.

Almost 10 days later, Walmart Money Card has still not honored the refund. And, to add insult to injury they have placed a block on my card.

I have indentified my self. Also, I was told to fax documentations regarding my purchase to:

I have faxed a copy of the original recipt
I have faxed a copy of the refund recipt.

I have faxed a copy of the check statement.

Everything that was asked of me each day, I have faxed.

I have spoken to 3 different supervisors: James at extention 1909, Otto at extention 7111 and Ryan at extention 7091, even an Alvin at extention 4201. Remember the number I was given to call is 1-866-871-2415, and this is called LOSS MANAGEMENT DEPT. Each of these supervisors told me that I would get a call within one business day and at which time my funds will be released!

It is ALMOST 10 DAYS  and now they are telling me that their compliance department "is urgently reviewing" the matter.

In the meantime, I have had to repurchase the parts with other money. I cannot even ask Nappa to cancel the refund transaction since this money is being "held by Walmart."

During all this delema the big powerful Walmart has never called to tell me what is going on even though I am constantly told that I will receive a call before 9 Pm pacific time regarding my problem.

I HOPE AMERICA AND THE WORLD UNDERSTANDS WHY WALMART IS SO POWERFUL.....I believe that they are worse than bank robbers that walks around with guns, at least you get to see them whether they are masked or unmasked but with walmart they are over the phone with some foreign customer service rep hired to talk with you while struggling to speak English!

Run! Run! for your life and sanity! DO NOT YIELD TO TEMPTATION AND EVER BUY A WALMART MONEY CARD.....!
