WALMART WALMART SERIVCE PLAN WE BOUGHT A TOSHIBA LAPTOP 1-10-2013 N 10 MONTHS LATER WENT BACK 4 NEW HARDDRIVE THAT WAS REPLACED N RAN FINE UNTIL MARCH 2014 N I TRIED 2 USE NORTON 2 FIX THE ERROR MESSAGE N WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SCAN WENT IT WENT DOWN AGAIN SO THE 3RD OF APRIL I CALLED THE WALMART SERIVCE PLAN N IT WENT BACK N FORTH 4 TIMES NOW THEY R REFUNEDING MY MONEY N TOLD ME 2 KEEP THE LAPTOP THEY NEVER FIXED ANYTHING CAUSE THE LAST TIME IT CAME WROTE THEY CHANGED HARDDRIVE WHICH THEY SHOULD OF THE 1ST TIME N WE TOOK THE COVER OFF N NUMBERS DIDN'T MATCH WHAT THEY HAD ON THE SERVICE REPORT SO THEY NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT IT N HOW COME THE SUPERVISIONERS NEVER CHECK THE TECH WORK DONE W/BUYING FROM WALMART ELECTRONICS THE PLAN SUZ N NOW BEEN 3 TIMES CALLING WERE IS THE CHECK DON'T WANT A GIFT CARD NOT BUYING NEW LAPTOP N THE ONLY WAY U R GETTING THIS MESSAGE IS THE LAPTOP IS IN SAFE MODE TILL I CAN GET IT 2 A PC PLACE N FIX IT RIGHT NORTH ATTLEBORO Massachusetts
we bought a toshbia laptop i jan 2013 4 my very sick hubby who is 65 n like's 2 sit on the couch w/it well 10 month's later harddrive let go n toshbia fixed it,then in late march i was doing a norton scan cause it said the laptop had issue's 2 fix well in the middle of the scan it went down .we knew we the service plan n called them up n in april sent it back to walmart's serivce place,don't know what is wrong w/the tech's n the supervisior's who supposely check's the tech's well it back n forth 4 time's even my cable company which i have tech support from them found 35 error's when it came back the 1st time
now fed up when it came back the 4th time n said they replaced the hardrive i am typing this on the laptop in safe mode n they claimed 2 have replaced harddrive opened it up n number's didn't match n now sending refund,when it get's here no idea called 3 time's n 1st wanted 2 give me a gift card,no not buying my new laptop from walmart w/suckee service center who run's a plan n don't fix the problems is't that why u take 1 out when your warrenty end's w/the company u bought .
we had an acer 4 almost 10yrs my granddaughter screwed it up so we bought toshbia not there fault well maybe yes cause of harddrive problem n only hubby n i use it we live alone now so their claim of a+ rating from bbb is not true their service plan people suz frie them all n hire new people r they all smoking something now have 2 call 2 find were the check is again never buying any more electronic's from walmart until they improve on there service dept but i will buy other thing's the meat section gr88t need more NASCAR shirt's,mug;s,everything NASCAR walmart need's in ther store's w/DALE EARNHARDT,JR being the most POPULAR DRIVER so done now w/report ERNEST PAWTUCKET,RHODE ISLAND
