Rip off?

AUTHOR: CommonSense - (USA)

I'm not quite sure how this is a rip off, I guess because you want Walmart to pay your medical bills a year after the fact when you did not report injury in a timely fashion? Any employer requires documentation and contact about the issue, not only for their own safety but for your's (putting you on light duty to not harm yourself while you're healing, etc). I'm just at a loss as to how this is an issue other than you have bill and you're angry now.
