walmart#3350 on line shopping at walmart is deceptive,riddled with problems and not convenient las vegas Nevada
when my television suddenly stopped working i went on line shopping for a replacement set.normally i shop on line and when i find what i want i will then drive to the business and make my purchase using cash.
unfortunately for me i was very strapped for time between getting my kids to and from school on time,getting to work on time and everything else involved with raising two young children as a single father. i shopped walmarts
walmart.com services and found what i was looking for.this walmart web site said my television was available for pick up today at walmart super center #3350.every day i pass this store on my way to work so to save even more time i paidfor it with my debit card on line and thought how efficient as well as convienient for me. this is when the nightmare began and is still happening.
They said they will send me a ready for pick up email/text message within 4 hours and when it finally came at 5 and one half hours the message informed me that the television i ordered and paid for was NOT in stock and would take 6 to ten days to recieve.this news irritated me so i went to the walmart store to cancel and get a refund.they told me it was already cancelled and applied back to my debit card.i then thought OK not so bad after all so while i was there i purchased a television they had in stock and this time i paid cash.thinking all was well i left walmart not happy and disgruntled at the worlds largest retailers.
three days later it hit me that i need to verify that my debit card had been re embersed s they said only to find that it had not.i stopped by and went to customer service and they referred me to walmart.com services/site to store desk.they told me the purchase was not cancelled and referred me to walmart.com 800-925-6278.
when i got home i called the 800 number and a representitive there told me he had to cancel the sale and then informed me it would take an additional 7 to ten days to get my debit card re embersed.being a poor,single but working father who barely makes it from payday to payday i thought this was unfair and too f in much.
combine terrible inventory control, management that lies to there customers and an all around i could care less about you attitude! why does walmart need to hold my hard earned money from me when they made all the mistakes.they should be going the extra mile to satisfy me and to keep me a customer.instead they have alienated me for life and i will never shop at the worlds largest retailer again.it took them 12 seconds to process and take my money.why do i have to wait 12 days to get refunded!my only mistake was to trust and do business with these insensitive monsters.
