walmart.com would not mail out gift cards texas/ohio

this is about the second time i myself have had the strange problem with walmart not mailing out the gift cards Then when i call or contact them on the phone they say that the gift cards are not tracked so there is nothing they can do about it. 

They tell you that you have to wait several days before they can do anything about the gift cards then they want you to call back several days after the cards have not shown up hoping that you forget and give it up for loss. this is a very large problem that i have found out that i am not the only person that this has happened to.  

i didnt think a company like walmart would rip me off like that it was just two fifty dollar gift cards last year and now again today i ordered a  50 dollar gift cart for my nephews birthday at the beginning of the month to be delivered on the 8 of the month. the computer changed the date days after i had ordered it requesting rush delivery mind you. it changed the delivery date to 5 days later. and on the five days later several days after my nephews birthday it still had not shown up i decided to call.

when i called customer service just now i got the snottiest guy larry in customer service he tried to emply that my money on their validating system didnt validate due to my funds. which was some really gross BS. i told him that i had already seen the payment on my discover card statment before i had even gotten the email saying that the Gift card had been sent. Walmart is being petty in their theft this year be on the lookout they are expecting people to either think it was a mixup or a mistake and let it go...dont just trust that there is a mixup pay attention to the time your gifts are supposed to arrive i believe they just arn't sending things out.
