I bought a walmartmoneycard from one of their establishments and this is what happened.

    first i got home and i had put 60.oo on the card so i went to the site to register it and it kicked me out a refund. i knew what the problem was. i had moved to a new address but all the other info was the same. heres where it went wrong. i registered after hours so nothing but a automated teller to make u register online only. so no one to talk to and tell that i had only moved. my main complaint is i need that money now not in two weeks when they send the check. i was livid. and tried to call someone. PEOPLE here me now. there is no one but an automated teller to talk to who continually hangs up on you. there was noone to talk to and to give the new address to so i could use my card. it is now dead and i have to wait till god knows when to get my money in the mail.

     The next day i tried to call and they kept telling me to put those numbers in when i did it said your refund is in the mail goodbye. no human being. do you hear me NO HUMAN BEING IS INVOLVED in the business of reloadable cards. so if you situation doesnt involve the norm, like reloading your card with no mishaps, you will be ripped off. i dont to this day know if a check is coming in the mail or is it drawn on some bank overseas. they gave me a number to use to follow the refund but nowhere to check on it with the number. what a joke. im so angry it was my last and i thought i could go home and use it immediately. ridiculous. so lessen learned. dont add anymore than twenty dollars to a reloadable card before registering it. and if you change your address you will lose you money, or wont see it for two weeks.

     if you dont put that dead cards number in you wont talk to anyone if you do put it in you wont talk to anyone. if you have a problem with  the card you wont talk to anyone. listen there is just noway to talk to anyone represent walmart moneycard except to email them and they want you phone number too so they can call with telmarketers all day. there you have it and now i feel better letting that out.
