Walter came to my house in 2001 in Florida and stated he needed to pay off some debts before he could close on a new house.  He needed $2800.00 and that he would repay us after he closed on his house. Well still waiting as of May 2015.  Hopefully he bellied up And lost everything. Piece of cow dung...
