They dont call you before they disconnect, (but will tell you that they did) When they disconnect they will not knock on the door when they disconnect,just but a notice on it and step away then cut it off and drive off. When you call to have it turned back on you will be charged $30.00 hookup fee, $150.00 deposit fee. which you already gave them when you started the account. A $118.00 bill cost me $340.00 to turn back on the power to my house. If you could pick the power company you want to use this one would be out of business.
