I ordered Nike baseball cleats on September 19, 2016 from www.nikeonlinestoreshop.com. The site looked like a legit nike online store. I placed the order but never received an e-mail confirming the order. A few days afterwards when I went back on the site to see the order status it was processed. I wanted to cancel the order because I begin to search more on the website and felt that the site was not legit. There was not a number I could call nor and address. The only way you could reach them is thriugh an e-mail. On October 6, 2016 I received a fake Coach wallet wrapped in a black plastic garbage bag with tape around the package. No receipt was inside. I never ordered the wallet but suspected it was the scam site where I had ordered the baseball cleats. i later received an e-mail that stated the following:

Dear friend;

Your parcel have been shipped

we need to inform you that the tracking number for your order is LT22220####

Thanks .please check it on the http://www.#####/en/.

you can check it online after 2-3 days, and it will be online

and if you can't see any information right now .don't worry .it means the

goods are handling by EMS company .

and the information will be appeared after handling by EMS company . thanks

Clearly this was an unprofessional e-mail. The senders name was lucy guis. The subject of the e-mail was The Tracking Number For Your Order. I also looked a the tracking number on the package and it showed it begin the shipping process from China on September 27, 2016.

I contacted my credit card company and have disputed the charge.
