Nancy Gulley Fraudulent Tea Cup Yorkie Breeder Excelsior Springs Maryland

My wife's Tea Cup Yorkie recently died unexpectedly and she went on line to find a breeder. She came across a woman in New Jersey who referred her to one Nancy Gulley. My wife contacted Gulley who said that she had one male tea cup yorkie left and that the price was $200.00. The original woman referred the thief saying that she doesn't overcharge for Yorkies because she's a good Christian Woman!

The Gulley woman had my wife send her $200.00 via Western Union to secure the purchase on the dog. Then she emailed my wife saying that it would take $250.00 to fly the dog to us. The day before the dog was to arrive my wife contacted Gulley for flight information. Gulley emailed her back and said that she would need an additional $200.00 to register the dog etc. so it could get past Customs.

I became involved in the transaction at this point and we didn't email any more money. We asked for a refund and Gulley emailed us back that we had insulted her. I told her to do a Google search on her email address and get back to me but she hasn't. I don't expect to see dog or money from her.

I am interested in prosecuting her. I will be filing a complaint with the Postal Authorities. I saw there are two other people who were involved with this woman and was defrauded also. I would like to know if you notified any authorities and what the outcome of that may have been. They can obtain a lot of information from Yahoo but they have to file a subpoena or a search warrant to get it. When I locate where Gulley is at I intend to pay her a personal visit. She may also be using the name Thersea VAlley with an email address of TherseaVAlley111@yahoo.com.
