Wanye County Friend Of The Court FOC NOT A FRIEND ripoff Detroit Michigan

My children are with me and friend of the court id still racking me up, my oldest child is 14 and I presently do not owe, yet they say I do owe $34,000.00. I called them numerous opf times and told them I have the children with me now and they could care less, to change anything I have to come there to Detroit.

I am in Arizona. Friend of the court is no friend and Michigan really needs to get it together....the nasty attitudes from the people who answer the phone, the lies they tell, and the lack of support they give when you have a question is where they need to start and get people in there who understand that they are there to assist us. I wonder in the mayor ever had a case with them.

There is lots more to the story too. My husband has a daughter from a previous marriage and she is 18 and now FOC owes him money he over paid and you should hear the stories on why we are still waiting for a check months later.

Please somebody! SOS....Help....Reform Friend of nobody Court in Detroit....I truly doubt FOC has truly helped one child.Are you listening govenor...mayor....judges.....friend of the court is hurting many people and children. We do need to do a class action law suit and show them we will stand for something and not fall their anythings!
