I spent over $400 on extras on the World of Tanks Playststion 4 game. I purchased virtual goods. The first time I had an issue with said goods I was told there was nothing they can do by the World of Tanks customer service team. The bottom line is the game is set up so if you want to be competitive you must spend money. They are there to collect said money but offer zero customer service!
