I made serveral attempts to resolve the probem with the company but they refused to honor the agreemement made at the time of purchase. The company sold tokens which would allow a player to skip missions for an event.  If the player completed the missions, the player was to have been issued Gold for each unused tokent.  However, the company set in place and automated process that used all tokens before the event ended meaning that, in their opinion, there were no unused tokens.  This circumvents the process defined in the FAQ mentioned below.  In other words, they got my money and violated their own stated terms rather than giving the me a value for my dollar.  See below:

I purchased a 5 pack and 1 pack of mission skips for the T25 Pilot. I know I completed at least, possibly 3 missions afterwards. From what I read, I was supposed to be credited 600 gold for each unused mission skip I paid for and was not used. By my estimation that is at least 1200 gold, possibly more. I waited till the 27th of this month and haven't seen the gold yet. Can you please examine and correct this problem?

"If I buy a Token, can I still play the active daily mission?

Yes, you can.
If I buy all 13 tokens and receive the tank, can I still play the missions to get the rewards?

Yes, you can play all the missions and get the reward for each finished, just not the Tokens.
What happens if I buy Tokens in the Premium Shop but never finish any daily missions?

Each Token purchased converts to 600, so if the player purchased five Tokens, they’ll receive 3,000. Players will receive the Gold between March 27 and May 27."

After checking our records and the ticket# you provided, all the tokens you bought was used. Please know that you will only get 600 Gold for each token if they were not used.

You are mistaken. Per your website, the Mission Marathon: T25 Pilot event did not end when I had sufficient tokens + daily missions to win the prize. The event, which ran from 12 March at 06:00 CET (UTC+1) until 27 March at 07:00 CEST (UTC+2), ended 27 March at 07:00 and results were supposed to be calculated between March 27 and May 27. This did not happen, results were calculated as soon as the player accumulated enough tokens and missions to get the prize.

I suggest you take this to your programmers and ask them how the customer was supposed to get credit for unused tokens when tokens were automatically applied as soon as purchased rather than at the event's published conditions stated?

We reviewed our resources and we confirmed that the 6 T25 Pilot Tokens that you purchased was used to complete the mission. Please see your logs below for reference:

Sir, again according to your website, a tokens status was not supposed to be determined until the end of the event between March 27th and May 27th, therefore its use was not to be determined until after the player had a chance to complete all missions. However, this did not happen. The automated system used the token as soon as purchased. Please read the enclose Missions Tokens FAQ completely before responding this time. I have been told the the same thing three times and not once has someone taken the time to read what is on your own site. Please do so!

Please note that as the mission FAQ has stated, "Each unused Token purchased in the Premium Shop converts to600, which occurs between March 27 and May 27."

Going back to your records, as mentioned initially and as my colleague also said, your purchased tokens was already used as soon as you had completed 7 daily missions.

In reference to the FAQ, since the purchased tokens has been used, you were not compensated for unused tokens which was purchased in the Premium Shop.

Also, in case you already have the tank (T 25 Pilot) and still complete the daily missions, finishing the mission in-game gets you extra rewards.
