Warrantech Automotive AmTrust / Vemeco My claim was denied and I can not get any of the supervisors to return by call. I was transfered & left 5 messages for a Supervisor named craig jacoby and he refuses to call me back. bedford, Texas

Warrantech denied my claim and I needed a clear explanation of why it was being denied. This claim was over 5K and its clear they will not honor or explain their denial to me. I have been transfered and have left Craig Jacoby 5 messages pleading for him to return my calls. I finally got a hold of the vp Bob Kota and he dared me to sue them and hung up on me! I have retained services and my call was recorded but my lawyer says it only makes this Bob guy look like an fool and probably wont help my case.
