First of all this company has only been in Nashville for about three years and it would seem a bit pricey and expensive to open and close the doors under a different name three times. Someone has their facts mixed up.

Secondly, I am currently a plumber at Greenway and would vouch that they do pay 35% of service work to us. I am on commission and any good plumber, who is not afraid to work knows that 35% on commission brings home a nice check if you know what you are doing. I know that on all installs of sewage and water lines we are paid only at 20% plus 5% of the sale and when I question them it makes sense why. They have to warranty those lines for 5 years. I know how people in this industry like to move around and is it the company who eats the cost if there is another break in the line 4 years down the road not the plumber who installed it.

Trust me I would like to make 35% of everything I did, but I understand that from a company's stand point that just not be feasible and without Greenway I would not have a job. It just sounds like someone did not know what they were doing and on commission you have to know what you are doing are you are not going to do well in this industry.
