I WAS ALSO SCAMED WHEN IT WAS TIME TO PAY FOR MY CAR. MY CAR WAS IN THE SHOP FOR A WEEK STRIGHT,
WARRANTY CORPORATION IN MOBILE ALABAMA KEPT TRYING TO FIND A LOOP HOLE IN MY CONTRACT, THEY WERE RUDE, HUNG UP IN MY FACE, AND HAD ME RUNNING BACK AND FORTH FAXING PAPERWORK THAT I LATER FOUND OUT I DIDNT EVEN HAVE TO FAX BECAUSE MY CAR IS UNDER 100,000 MILES. MY LAWYER CALLED AND THE GUY DONNY THAT WAS HANDLING MY CASE WOULD NOT EVEN GET ON THE PHONE. THE STAFF WAS PLAYING CHILDISH GAMES,
LYING STATING THAT DONNY WAS ON BREAK, ON THE OTHER LINE, OUT TO LUNCH, OR LEFT BEFORE HIS SHIFT ENDED AT 4:00 P.M. EVERYDAY FOR A WEEK STRAIGHT AND TO MAKE IT EVEN WORSE MY CAR WAS ONLY 800.00 TO FIX AND THEY WENT THROUGH HELL AND HOT WATER NOT TO PAY FOR MY CAR.

THEY ARE SO FULL OF IT, AFTER A WEEK THEY SENT AN INSPECTOR TO THE DEALERSHIP WHERE MY CAR WAS, TO CHECK BEHIND THE DEALERSHIP TO MAKE SURE I NEEDED A PRESSURE CONTROL SILONOID IN MY TRANSMISSION, THE ONLY
THING THEY COULD COME UP WITH WAS THAT MY TIRES WERE TO BIG AND THAT IS NOT IN THE CONTRACT, ALL I CAN SAY IS. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!!! DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!! I REPEAT DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM!!!EXTENDED WARRANTY CORPORATION OUT OF MOBILE, AL. ADDRESS ONE WARRANTY PLAZA 4400 GOVERNMENT BLVD, 36693

Kiya Did Not Tell The Facts

AUTHOR: Executive Assistant - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, November 21, 2012

Kiya as the filer of this report calls herself did not give all of the facts:

The problem with vehicle was noticed May 12, 2012. The day after her contract went into effect. The vehicle was not taken to a repair facility until May 22, 2012.

The vehicle had oversized tires and wheels. The contract clearly states that vehicles that have been modified where such modifications are not within the manufacturer specifications are ineligible vehicles.

We returned the money paid for the contract to the contract holder because it was an ineligible vehicle. We note that Kiya does not mention that she received a full refund.

If you have a warranty that says we cover everything then you might have them, but usually the warranty only covers moving parts. But I have been wrong before.
