I purchased a contract from this company specifically asking if they covered injectors on Diesels...they said yes...I bought and now they do not honor.

I purchased this contract in March of this year. I asked the sales person specifically if they covered injectors on Diesel vehicles since these thing often fail. He indicated the one that I purchased did. 4 months later I take my truck in to get fixed for injectors and the claim was denied because of how they failed. Apparently if they fail electrically then they do not get covered. Last time I checked a failure is a failure.

 

My first call to the company I get the run around from the manager at the time....saying that injectors and electrical was not covered at all...then I call this week asking where my cancelation paper work is...and the person tells me they are not covered because of how the injectors failed..."electrically". This is absolutely absurd. I am now out 2600 dollars because a company I contracted with did not honor what was specifically asked because of misleading their customer. I feel my service was justified and should have been covered rather than being denied because of how the items failed.
